Regarding Master’s tour on 3rd and 4th June

There is no need to register if you are coming to attend the satsang programme, except for on-arrival registration in the family area.

Some Important Reminders

Children aged 10 to 12 may attend satsang in the main hall if accompanied by a parent or guardian. They must sit together and may sit anywhere except the first few rows. Children aged 13 and above may sit on their own in satsang. Children under the age of 10 should use the Family Area during the programme. Please note, parents will not be allowed to swap in and out of the Family Area during the satsang.

The Family Area will open at 7:00 am and remain open until the end of the satsang. Once a parent or guardian enters the Family Area, they must remain there until the programme is over. Family Area facilities will operate as usual. For more information and detailed guidelines, please refer to the official website under the Family Area tab.

According to Dera guidelines, no meals will be provided to sangat on site. However, a snack pack will be available for purchase at four dollars each. Sangat can now buy food coupons from their local coordinator. In Auckland, they will be available outside the hall after satsang. While coupons can also be purchased on the tour days, sangat is encouraged to buy them in advance to avoid delays.

Simultaneous translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English will be available during the tour. Seats for this service are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sangat is respectfully requested not to arrive early at the property on either day. We must remain mindful of our neighbours and surrounding businesses. There is no benefit to arriving early, as all front seats in the main hall are reserved for those travelling by bus. Those arriving in their own cars will be asked to park in the far end of the car park and remain in their vehicles until the hall opens at 7:00 am. Please note, there are no facilities available in that area. Your cooperation in maintaining discipline and respect in and around the property will help us continue to host our beloved Master respectfully in the future.

There will be a designated area for elderly sangat and those with disabilities. Outside of this, no seats may be reserved for others. Parking on-site is limited, so sangat is encouraged to carpool where possible.

On the day, there will be an opportunity to ask Master a question. Selection for this will be done through a ballot system, as in previous years. Upon arrival, those wishing to ask a question will be directed by sevadars to the designated area in the South Block, near the phone and bag check-in area. The doors will close at 8:00 am. A reminder that no mobile phones, cameras, iPads, or any electronic recording devices are permitted on the entire premises. Please leave these in your hotel or securely locked in your vehicle, or you will need to check them in at the centre.

The weather is expected to be wet and cold on both days of the tour, so sangat is kindly requested to wear warm and comfortable clothing and be prepared for the weather.

मंगलवार 3 जून और बुधवार 4 जून को हमारे सतगुरु के टूर से जुड़ी कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सूचनाएँ इस प्रकार हैं:

10 से 12 साल के बच्चे अपने माता-पिता या जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति के साथ सत्संग हॉल में आ सकते हैं। उन्हें साथ बैठना होगा और वे आगे की कुछ लाइनें छोड़कर कहीं भी बैठ सकते हैं। 13 साल या उससे बड़े बच्चे सत्संग में अकेले बैठ सकते हैं। 10 साल से छोटे बच्चे कार्यक्रम के दौरान फैमिली एरिया में ही बैठेंगे। कृपया ध्यान दें कि सत्संग के दौरान माता-पिता को फैमिली एरिया में अद्ल-बदल करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। फैमिली एरिया सुबह 7:00 बजे खुलेगा और सत्संग खत्म होने तक खुला रहेगा। एक बार जब माता-पिता अपने बच्चों के साथ फैमिली एरिया में चले जाते हैं, तो उन्हें पूरा कार्यक्रम ख़त्म होने तक वहीं रहना होगा। फैमिली एरिया में सुविधाएँ आम दिनों की तरह उपलब्ध रहेंगी। अधिक जानकारी के लिए कृपया वेबसाइट पर फैमिली एरिया टैब देखें।

डेरे की हिदायतों के अनुसार, संगत के लिए सत्संग घर में खाने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं है। लेकिन, चार डॉलर में एक स्नैक पैक खरीदा जा सकता है। संगत अपने लोकल कोऑर्डिनेटर से फूड कूपन खरीद सकते हैं। ऑकलैंड में ये कूपन सत्संग के बाद हॉल के बाहर बेचे जाएंगे। टूर वाले दिनों में भी कूपन खरीदे जा सकते हैं, लेकिन समय बचाने के लिए पहले से खरीदना बेहतर होगा।

टूर के दौरान आप के लिए इंग्लिश से हिंदी और हिंदी से इंग्लिश में ट्रांसलेशन सुनने की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी। इसके लिए सीटें सीमित हैं और पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर दी जाएंगी।

बुजुर्ग संगत और विशेष ज़रूरत वाले लोगों के लिए एक अलग जगह रखी गई है। इनके इलावा किसी और के लिए सीट रखना मना है। सत्संग घर में पार्किंग कम है, इसलिए संगत से निवेदन है कि जहाँ संभव हो, कार पूल करें।

कार्यक्रम के दिन आपको सतगुरु से सवाल पूछने का अवसर मिल सकता है। पहले की तरह इस बार भी चुनाव लॉटरी (ballot) सिस्टम से किया जाएगा। जो लोग सवाल पूछना चाहते हैं, उन्हें पहुंचने पर सेवादार साउथ ब्लॉक में एक कमरे में ले जाएंगे, जो फोन और बैग जमा करने की जगह के पास है। प्रश्न उत्तर के लिए दरवाज़े सुबह 8:00 बजे बंद हो जाएंगे। अधिक जानकारी के लिए वेबसाइट पर "Question and Answer Guidelines" टैब देखें।

अंत में एक बार फिर याद दिलाया जाता है कि सत्संग घर में मोबाइल फोन, कैमरा, iPad या कोई भी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रिकॉर्डिंग करने वाली चीज़ लाना सख्त मना है। कृपया इन्हें अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी पर होटल में छोड़ कर या गाड़ी में सुरक्षित ताले में रख कर आएं। अगर आप इन्हें साथ लाते हैं, तो आपको इन्हें सत्संग घर में जमा करवाना होगा।

टूर के दोनों दिनों में ठंड और बारिश होने की संभावना है, इसलिए संगत से निवेदन है कि मौसम के अनुसार गर्म और आरामदायक कपड़े पहनकर आएं।

Some Important Reminders

Some important reminders for the Master's visit on Tuesday, 3rd June and Wednesday, 4th June:

• Sangat is kindly requested not to come early to the Satsang Ghar on these two days. We need to be respectful of our neighbours and the nearby businesses. Coming early will not give any advantage, as all the front seats in the Satsang Hall are reserved for those travelling by bus.


• The main gate will open at 6:00 am. If you are coming in your own car, you may bring your car in after that time, but please remember that you will still need to park at the far end and wait in your car until 7:00 am.
  
  Please also note that no facilities will be available in that area of the car park, so it is better to arrive closer to the opening time.
  Your cooperation is very important in helping maintain peace and order around the Satsang Ghar, so we can continue to welcome our beloved Master in the future.


• Please keep your bus coupon safe. If it is lost, no replacement will be given. Photos of coupons will not be accepted — only the original, physical coupon will be valid. Bus coupons will not be sold on the day. Please do not bring anyone without a valid coupon, as they will not be allowed to travel.


• Wristbands for priority seating will only be given to sangat travelling by bus and seated in the main Satsang Hall.
  Parents sitting with children in the family area will not be eligible for wristbands.

• संगत से विनम्रतापूर्वक बिनती है कि कृपया इन दोनों दिनों में सत्संग घर में सुबह जल्दी न आएँ। हमें अपने पड़ोसियों और आसपास के कारोबार का ध्यान रखना है। आपको जल्दी आने से कोई फायदा नहीं होगा, क्योंकि सत्संग हॉल की आगे की सभी सीटें, सत्संग घर की बसों में आने वालों के लिए रखी गई हैं।

• कृपया अपने बस कूपन को संभाल कर रखें। अगर आपका कूपन गुम हो जाता है तो उसके बदले आपको दूसरा कूपन नहीं दिया जाएगा। अगर आप अपने कूपन की फोटो लेकर उसका उपयोग करते हैं तो वो भी स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। बस कूपन सत्संग प्रोग्राम वाले दिन नहीं बेचे जाएंगे। सिर्फ उन्हीं लोगों को बस में चढ़ने की अनुमति होगी जिनके पास वो कूपन हैं जो आपको अपने सत्संग घर से मिले हैं। कृपया ऐसे किसी व्यक्ति को साथ न लाएं जिसके पास सही कूपन न हो, क्योंकि उसे बस में चढ़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।


• सत्संग घर की बसों में आने वाली संगत को ही कलाई पर बाँधने के लिए एक बैंड दिया जाएगा और सिर्फ वो ही सत्संग हॉल में आगे वाली सीटों पर बैठ सकते हैं। जो माता-पिता बच्चों के साथ फैमिली एरिया में बैठेंगे, उन्हें रिस्टबैंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Special needs car parking

Special needs car parking will be available during the tour; however, a special car pass is required. This pass must be displayed in your vehicle’s window so Parking Sevadars can direct you to a suitable space. A doctor will verify eligibility, as spaces near the Hall and special needs seating are limited. More details can be found under the “Special Needs” tab or obtained from your local secretary.

A limited number of car parks closer to the main hall are also available for families with children under 3 years and expectant mothers. To access these spaces, a special car pass is required and must be displayed in the vehicle’s window.
